Registration fee includes also accommodation with breakfast for 3 nights (27-29 March 2012) in the CERN HOSTEL.
Single rooms with shower have been booked by the EPS.
In case accommodation at CERN is not needed, no fee reduction will be possible.

The reception is opened as follow:
Mondays to Fridays: 07:30 AM to 01:00 AM
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays: 09:00 AM to 01:00 AM

The hostel is located in the building 39 (ground floor)

Please DO NOT CONTACT DIRECTLY the Hostel. Reservation will be done directly by the European Physical Society.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant/cafeteria of the CERN (building 501) just in front of the Hostel. Tickets for breakstast, lunches and dinners will be distributed at the registration desk.
