Registration for the 5th Forum Physics and Society in CERN is now closed. NO REGISTRATION ON SITE WILL BE POSSIBLE.
To register for the conference please follow the instructions:

2: you will receive an email with a login and password
3: Login here and fill in the form to register for the event

NOTE FOR COUNCIL DELEGATES: those who will attend the FPS, will have 3 nights included in the registration fees. For those who will have a 4th night or more, due to the Council meeting, be informed that EPS will not pay for these additional nights. Please inform also  Sylvie Loskill (in charge of Council meeting organisation) about your arrival and departure dates.

Usefull Information

Registration and payment is strongly recommended to speed up your pick up of the registration material of the conference. Registration deadline is March 10th, 2012.
No registration on-site will be possible.

Registration for CERN employees    150€

Registration fee is net prices exempt from Value Added Tax.

The European Physical Society is a French registered association for non profit and is not liable to VAT. For this reason the Society does not posses a VAT number.

The registration fee for this meeting includes:

- hotel accommodation in the CERN HOSTEL for 3 nights (not for CERN employees)

- breakfast (28-29 March) (not for CERN employees)

- coffee breaks (28-29 March)

- lunches (28 and 29 March)

- dinners (27-29 March)

Tickets for public transports are not included in the fee. A tramway ticket costs circa 3.00 CHF

Registration

Only electronic registrations are accepted. No registration on-site. Deadline will be 10th March 2012. An invoice will be generated automatically  by the system. For special request, please contact: conferences@eps.org

CERN employees wishing to attend the meeting, should contact directly Mrs Ophelia Fornari to conferences@eps.org in order to make payment manually.
COUNCIL DELEGATES wishing an accommodation and wishing  to attend the FPS, should send an email also to Mrs Loskill to s.loskill@eps.org precising arrival and departure dates.

Any person entering the site must be in possession of a card issued by CERN certifying that he is authorised to enter the site. You are invited to announce yourself at the reception desk of CERN (Build. N°33 before 17:45). After 17:45 announce you at entrance B. Tell them that the badge of the conference FPS will be given at the CERN Hostel Hall.

Online registrations received without information as to how payment is to be made, will not be accepted.

Cancellation policy:
An administration charge of euro 50 will be made for processing refunds. A request for cancellation must be made in writing. In the case of cancellation, requests received on 14th March will be refunded (less the administration charge). No refunds will be available if notice of cancellation is received after 15th march 2012.

 If you need an invitation letter, please send an email to o.fornari@eps.org The letter will be sent only once the payment has been received.
